Last Summer Photodump: Visiting Al Ain

Although I am not exactly fond of Abu Dhabi (town center), Al Ain, which happens to be a part of that emirate is among my favorite place to visit in UAE. In contrast to the busy urban life in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain takes a rather suburban, if not rural, type of living. They do not have the grandest malls like the ones in Dubai, though, but i get sick of shopping, too.

Al Ain is a 1-2 hour drive from where I live in Sharjah.

Abu Dhabi is UAE's capital city/emirate. It has been featured in Sex and the City 2 and was called as the 'new Dubai', which of course I would disagree as I am partial to Dubai. Although I am not exactly very fond of Abu Dhabi, it is nonetheless beautiful. Just a bit too crowded for my taste. And too few malls hehe.

Last Summer Photodump: Visiting Sharjah, UAE

Hello easy Sunday, which happens to be a Labor Day.  I am back to UERM for my OBGyn Ward rotation. Thanks to my post-duty status, I am having my Sunday afternoon off. Yey! Hence, I will blog about my previous summer vacation (since summer vacation is stolen from me for this year).
